Southern chiefs group wants Hydro audit
(MANITOBA) -- A First Nations group is calling for an environmental audit of Manitoba Hydro. The Southern Chiefs Organization (SCO) says the provincial utility is putting Manitoba's environment at risk by manipulating water levels to produce electricity.
